Gorgeous antique parasol umbrella in black. Features a beautifully shaped design with a solid silver handle, marked and stamped. The handle features stunning mother of pearl and abalone shell inlays. Antique bamboo detailing adds to its charm. In good, usable condition, with some tiny holes consistent with age (over 100 years old). The umbrella lining may be silk. It no longer has its original twist tie but has hand-done engraving on the silver handle with the letters DB. Marked Gorwit maker on the inside.
